let's talk abt flexibility today shall we?
hmm, being flexible is when u noe how to do things in a different way from the usual method to achieve the best possible outcome...
Longman Dictionary of Contemporary English defines flexibility as the ability to change or be changed easily to suit a different situation...
basically it juz implies not to be so square...
well, i'm afraid some ppl are juz oblivious to wad it means...

today was really a pissifying day for me...
went to sch in the morning and sat at the usual place in the canteen...
keeping to myself at the same time cos i was tired (talked to zixuan and yifang online till 1am+ last night) and kinda moody (been liddat since saturday)...
den it was physics lecture...
got bac our exam scripts...got an F...
kinda expected la...but i still detest the physics department for setting such a tough paper and still insisting dat it was only slightly more difficult than an A Level paper...
to hell with u la...tok crap nia...

den after recess we got bac our chinese results...
i got an A1 !! haha...finally sth to be happy abt...
but it doesn't help in getting me promoted oso...
so yea...my happiness was kinda redundant...
and soon after the last straw came...
we asked ms ang if the pw session after sch is compulsory...
cos i needa go get my written report from jonathan...
she said no...a firm no...
den of cos i was pissed la...pissed at the sch for being so inflexible...
it's not as if i wanna go out to play or enjoy myself after sch...

and i kinda blew my top in the canteen...
nvm...after dat went for econs lecture...
after econs lecture was lunch...
den we were deciding whether to go for the pw session annot...
in the end we did go la...wad a bloody wrong decision...
realised dat it wasn't compulsory at all...
to other classes dat is...
so we went to approach ms ang again to ask if we could be released...
explaining dat other classes were not compulsory and dat their teachers told them to seek assistance when necessary...(this was the truth btw)
guess wad was her answer to us?
"orh too bad lor...i'm ms ang and u're in 304..."
in a bitchy tone...
wadda...i was fuming mad at dat instance can...
hey excuse me...wads the point of forcing us to stay caged up in the classroom and doing pw huh?
it's even worse if we do not have the heart to do right?
and if dat's not enuff...my grp is supposed to do a dry run of the presentation tmr...
yea tmr! well done la...
in the end we juz anyhow do the slides...
basically all crap la...
but i dun care anymore...
i'd rather she give us more time to do a better job la...
orh yea i 4got...inflexibilty's the word...

sighh...pissed at so many things...
i hate mj...disliking ms ang by the minute...
but i actually learned sth today...
dat human relations is impt and crucial in the society out there...
juz imagine being inflexible and treating ur subordinates like shit...
u wun achieve any positive results...
and wad's more they may end up hating u as well...
why can't we juz compromise?
we'll definitely get the job done well...
if only we were given enuff time...

oh well, wadever...
i fa xie finish already...
